CVSS v3.1 |
| NLTK versions before 3.10.0 default to ENFORCE=False in pathsec.py, causing all security validation functions to emit warnings instead of raising exceptions. Attackers can bypass path traversal and pickle deserialization protections by exploiting the disabled security controls that are only active when manually enabled. |
| A flaw was found in SSSD's LDAP sudo provider. When the ldap_sudo_search_base option is not explicitly configured, SSSD searches the entire LDAP directory tree for sudoRole objects. An authenticated attacker with write access to any subtree can inject a sudoRole object granting root-level sudo privileges on all SSSD-enrolled hosts. |
| Improper isolation of shared resources within the CPU operation cache on Zen 2-based products could allow an attacker to corrupt instructions executed at a different privilege level, potentially resulting in privilege escalation. |
| Spring Boot's ArtemisEmbeddedConfigurationFactory uses a fixed, static path for the embedded Artemis message broker's data directory when no explicit path is configured. A local attacker on the same host can pre-create this predictable directory or place a symlink before the application starts.
Affected versions:
Spring Boot 4.0.0 through 4.0.6; 3.5.0 through 3.5.14; 3.4.0 through 3.4.16; 3.3.0 through 3.3.19; 2.7.0 through 2.7.33. |
| Wss4jSecurityInterceptor initialized its BSP (WS-I Basic Security Profile) compliance flag so that inbound validation disabled WSS4J BSP enforcement on RequestData. Services that validate WS-Security on the network could therefore accept messages that violate BSP rules, weakening protocol-level checks.
Affected versions:
Spring Web Services 5.0.0 through 5.0.1; 4.1.0 through 4.1.3; 4.0.0 through 4.0.18; 3.1.0 through 3.1.8. |
| Mbed TLS before 2.28.10 and 3.x before 3.6.3, on the client side, accepts servers that have trusted certificates for arbitrary hostnames unless the TLS client application calls mbedtls_ssl_set_hostname. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
pmdomain: imx8m-blk-ctrl: Remove separate rst and clk mask for 8mq vpu
For i.MX8MQ platform, the ADB in the VPUMIX domain has no separate reset
and clock enable bits, but is ungated and reset together with the VPUs.
So we can't reset G1 or G2 separately, it may led to the system hang.
Remove rst_mask and clk_mask of imx8mq_vpu_blk_ctl_domain_data.
Let imx8mq_vpu_power_notifier() do really vpu reset. |
| An Exposure of Sensitive System Information to an Unauthorized Control Sphere and Initialization of a Resource with an Insecure Default vulnerability in the SNMP component of B&R APROL <4.4-00P5 may allow an unauthenticated adjacent-based attacker to read and alter configuration using SNMP. |
| FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. An insecure default configuration in FUXA allows an unauthenticated, remote attacker to gain administrative access and execute arbitrary code on the server. This affects FUXA through version 1.2.9 when authentication is enabled, but the administrator JWT secret is not configured. This issue has been patched in FUXA version 1.2.10. |
| Improper isolation of shared resources on a system on a chip by a malicious local attacker with high privileges could potentially lead to a partial loss of integrity. |
| Terraform / OpenTofu Provider adds support for Proxmox Virtual Environment. Prior to version 0.93.1, in the SSH configuration documentation, the sudoer line suggested is insecure and can result in escaping the folder using ../, allowing any files on the system to be edited. This issue has been patched in version 0.93.1. |
| The Advanced Country Blocker plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authorization Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.3.1 due to the use of a predictable default value for the secret bypass key created during installation without requiring users to change it. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to bypass the geolocation blocking mechanism by appending the key to any URL on sites where the administrator has not changed the default value. |
| FUXA v1.2.7 contains an insecure default configuration vulnerability in server/settings.default.js. The 'secureEnabled' flag is commented out by default, causing the application to initialize with authentication disabled. This allows unauthenticated remote attackers to access sensitive API endpoints, modify projects, and control industrial equipment immediately after installation. |
| The exos 9300 application can be used to configure Access Managers (e.g. 92xx, 9230 and 9290). The configuration is done in a graphical user interface on the dormakaba exos server. As soon as the save button is clicked in exos 9300, the whole configuration is sent to the selected Access Manager via SOAP. The SOAP request is sent without any prior authentication or authorization by default. Though authentication and authorization can be configured using IPsec for 92xx-K5 devices and mTLS for 92xx-K7 devices, it is not enabled by default and must therefore be activated with additional steps.
This insecure default allows an attacker with network level access to completely control the whole environment. An attacker is for example easily able to conduct the following tasks without prior authentication:
- Re-configure Access Managers (e.g. remove alarming system requirements)
- Freely re-configure the inputs and outputs
- Open all connected doors permanently
- Open all doors for a defined time interval
- Change the admin password
- and many more
Network level access can be gained due to an insufficient network segmentation as well as missing LAN firewalls. Devices with an insecure configuration have been identified to be directly exposed to the internet. |
| On the exos 9300 server, a SOAP API is reachable on port 8002. This API does not require any authentication prior to sending requests. Therefore, network access to the exos server allows e.g. the creation of arbitrary access log events as well as querying the 2FA PINs associated with the enrolled chip cards. |
| Kentico Xperience 13 is vulnerable to a stored cross-site scripting attack via a form component, allowing an attacker to hijack a victim user’s session and perform actions in their security context. |
| By failing to authenticate three times to an unconfigured Abilis CPX device via SSH, an attacker can login to a restricted shell on the fourth attempt, and from there, relay connections. |
| Projects using the SUSE Virtualization (Harvester) environment may expose the OS default ssh login password if they are using the 1.5.x or 1.6.x interactive installer to either create a new cluster or add new hosts to an existing cluster. The environment is not affected if the PXE boot mechanism is utilized along with the Harvester configuration setup. |
| In Liferay Portal 7.3.0 and earlier, and Liferay DXP 7.2 and earlier the default configuration does not require users to verify their email address, which allows remote attackers to create accounts using fake email addresses or email addresses which they don't control. The portal property `company.security.strangers.verify` should be set to true. |
| HCL Sametime is impacted by insecure services in-use on the UIM client by default. An unused legacy REST service was enabled by default using the HTTP protocol. An attacker could potentially use this service endpoint maliciously. |
