CVSS v3.1 |
In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.21] and [5.0.0, 5.0.4], a StaticHandler configuration for restricting access to hidden files fails to restrict access to hidden directories, allowing unauthorized users to retrieve files within them (e.g. '.git/config').
phpgurukul News Portal Project V4.1 has an Arbitrary File Deletion Vulnerability in remove_file.php. The parameter file can cause any file to be deleted.
The "Rich Filemanager" feature of Artica Proxy provides a web-based interface for file management capabilities. When the feature is enabled, it does not require authentication by default, and runs as the root user.
Services that are running and bound to the loopback interface on the Artica Proxy are accessible through the proxy service. In particular, the "tailon" service is running, running as the root user, is bound to the loopback interface, and is listening on TCP port 7050. Security issues associated with exposing this network service are documented at gvalkov's 'tailon' GitHub repo. Using the tailon service, the contents of any file on the Artica Proxy can be viewed.
Umbraco is an ASP.NET CMS. Due to unsafe handling and deletion of temporary files in versions 10.0.0 through 13.12.0, during the dictionary upload process an attacker with access to the backoffice can trigger predictable requests to temporary file paths. The application’s error responses (HTTP 500 when a file exists, 404 when it does not) allow the attacker to enumerate the existence of arbitrary files on the server’s filesystem. This vulnerability does not allow reading or writing file contents. In certain configurations, incomplete clean-up of temporary upload files may additionally expose the NTLM hash of the Windows account running the Umbraco application. This issue is fixed in version 13.12.1.
Dell PowerScale InsightIQ, versions 5.0 through 5.1, contains a File or Directories Accessible to External Parties vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability to read, modify, and delete arbitrary files.
ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. In versions prior to 6.5.3, the Database Restore functionality does not validate the content or file extension of uploaded files. As a result, an attacker can upload a web shell file and subsequently upload a .htaccess file to enable direct access to it. Once accessed, the uploaded web shell allows remote code execution (RCE) on the server. Version 6.5.3 fixes the issue.
An Improper Access Control vulnerability in BlogEngine.NET 3.3.8.0, allows unauthenticated visitors to access the files of unpublished blogs.
Liferay Portal 7.4.0 through 7.4.3.132, and Liferay DXP 2025.Q1.0 through 2025.Q1.5, 2024.Q4.0 through 2024.Q4.7, 2024.Q3.1 through 2024.Q3.13, 2024.Q2.0 through 2024.Q2.13, 2024.Q1.1 through 2024.Q1.15 and 7.4 GA through update 92 allows unauthenticated users (guests) to access via URL files uploaded by object entry and stored in document_library
Liferay Portal 7.4.0 through 7.4.3.132, and Liferay DXP 2025.Q1.0 through 2025.Q1.1, 2024.Q4.0 through 2024.Q4.7, 2024.Q3.1 through 2024.Q3.13, 2024.Q2.0 through 2024.Q2.13, 2024.Q1.1 through 2024.Q1.14 and 7.4 GA through update 92 allows unauthenticated users (guests) to access via URL files uploaded in the form and stored in document_library
IBM Cognos Analytics Certified Containers 12.1.0 could disclose package parameter information due to the presence of hidden pages.
dstack is a software development kit (SDK) to simplify the deployment of arbitrary containerized apps into trusted execution environments. In versions of dstack prior to 0.5.4, a malicious host may provide a crafted LUKS2 data volume to a dstack CVM for use as the `/data` mount. The guest will open the volume and write secret data using a volume key known to the attacker, causing disclosure of Wireguard keys and other secret information. The attacker can also pre-load data on the device, which could potentially compromise guest execution. LUKS2 volume metadata is not authenticated and supports null key-encryption algorithms, allowing an attacker to create a volume such that the volume opens (cryptsetup open) without error using any passphrase or token, records all writes in plaintext (or ciphertext with an attacker-known key), and/or contains arbitrary data chosen by the attacker. Version 0.5.4 of dstack contains a patch that addresses LUKS headers.
The Tainacan plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.0 via uploaded files marked as private being exposed in wp-content without adequate protection. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract potentially sensitive information from files that have been marked as private.
Open OnDemand is an open-source HPC portal. Prior to versions 4.0.8 and 3.1.16, Open OnDemand packages create world writable locations in the GEM_PATH. Open OnDemand versions 4.0.8 and 3.1.16 have been patched for this vulnerability.
The Import WP – Export and Import CSV and XML files to WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 2.14.17 via the import/export functionality and a lack of .htaccess protection. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract sensitive data from exports stored in /exportwp and import data stored in /importwp.
A vulnerability was determined in SourceCodester Farm Management System 1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality. This manipulation causes exposure of information through directory listing. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized.
Longjing Technology BEMS API versions up to and including 1.21 contains an unauthenticated arbitrary file download vulnerability in the 'downloads' endpoint. The 'fileName' parameter is not properly sanitized, allowing attackers to craft traversal sequences and access sensitive files outside the intended directory.
Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties, Exposure of Private Personal Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in Premierturk Information Technologies Inc. Excavation Management Information System allows Footprinting, Functionality Misuse. This issue affects Excavation Management Information System: before v.10.2025.01.
A vulnerability has been identified in SICAM GridEdge (Classic) (All versions < V2.7.3). The affected application uses an improperly protected file to import SSH keys. This could allow attackers with access to the filesystem of the host on which SICAM GridEdge runs to inject a custom SSH key to that file.
