CVSS v3.1 |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 18.2 before 19.0.6, 19.1 before 19.1.4, and 19.2 before 19.2.2 that under certain conditions could have allowed cross-site scripting due to improper neutralization of user-controlled data rendered in pagination controls by an analytics dashboard component. |
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Link Library allows Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
This issue affects Link Library: before 7.9.4. |
| The WP Statistics – Simple, privacy-friendly Google Analytics alternative plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'utm_campaign' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 14.16.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload can be planted without authentication via the public /wp-statistics/v2/hit REST endpoint, because the required signature is exposed on the public homepage and a base64-encoded page_uri POST parameter overrides the previously sanitized REQUEST_URI, allowing the malicious utm_campaign value to bypass sanitization and be stored in the database. |
| HumHub Community Edition 1.18.4 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Space membership-request workflow. An attacker can place attacker-controlled button configuration in the options query-string parameter of space/membership/request-membership-form, lure an authenticated non-member into submitting the legitimate membership request form, and cause the server to return JavaScript containing attacker-controlled code. |
| The TranslatePress – Translate Multilingual sites with AI Translation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to and including 3.2.5. The special gettext markers '#!trpst#' and '#!trpen#' are unconditionally rewritten to '<' and '>' by translate_page() in includes/class-translation-render.php (lines 538-539). Because those markers are plain text with no HTML-special characters, an unauthenticated attacker can embed them in a comment; the markers survive wp_kses, and when the post is viewed in a secondary language the substitution turns the attacker's '#!trpst#img ... #!trpen#' into a real <img> tag. remove_tags_from_output() only strips <script>/<style>, so an <img onerror=...> executes in the visitor's browser. |
| Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in Site Reviews <= 8.2.0 versions. |
| The Toocheke Companion plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 2.10 via the 'series_bg_color' post meta field. This is due to insufficient input sanitization in the toocheke_series_bg_color_save() function (which stores the raw $_POST value in post meta) and insufficient output escaping in the series admin column rendering (where the stored value is concatenated into a style attribute without esc_attr()). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user, such as an administrator, accesses the series list table in the admin dashboard. |
| The Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) – Easy Quiz and Survey Maker plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'question_title' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 11.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| RT is an open source, enterprise-grade issue and ticket tracking system. Versions 5.0.0 and 6.0.0 and above, prior to both 5.0.10 and 6.0.3 contain a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability where uploaded content is served inline rather than as an attachment. An authenticated user who can upload content can include JavaScript in the upload that will execute in the browser session of any RT user who later views or downloads it. This issue has been fixed in versions 5.0.10 and 6.0.3. |
| Trix is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get rich text editor for everyday writing. Prior to 2.1.17, Trix is vulnerable to cross-site scripting when a data-trix-serialized-attributes attribute bypasses the DOMPurify sanitizer. An attacker can craft HTML containing a data-trix-serialized-attributes attribute with a malicious payload that, when rendered, executes arbitrary JavaScript in the user's session and may perform unauthorized actions or disclose sensitive information. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.17. |
| Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in Templately <= 3.7.1 versions. |
| Discourse is an open-source discussion platform. Prior to 2026.1.6, 2026.5.2, 2026.6.1, and 2026.7.0, an unauthenticated attacker could send a single request with a crafted color_scheme_id (or dark_scheme_id) cookie to inject arbitrary HTML into a Discourse page. Because the cookie value was rendered into a color scheme tag without escaping, the attacker could break out of the attribute and inject a tag that bypassed Discourse's nonce-based Content Security Policy, resulting in arbitrary JavaScript execution in visitors' browsers. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.1.6, 2026.5.2, 2026.6.1, and 2026.7.0. |
| wetty provides terminal access in browser over http/https. Prior to version 3.0.4, the wetty client decodes a base64 filename from the file-download escape sequence and interpolates it raw into a Toastify HTML string (`escapeMarkup: false`). Any output the victim renders - a `cat`'d file, a tailed log, an SSH MOTD, a `curl` response - that contains `\x1b[5i...:...\x1b[4i` runs script in the wetty origin and types attacker-chosen keystrokes into the victim's SSH session. Version 3.0.4 fixes the issue. |
| The ECS WordPress plugin before 4.3.8 does not perform capability or object-ownership checks on its Dynamic Repeater AJAX handlers (gated only by a capability-agnostic nonce that any edit_posts user obtains from the Elementor editor), so a Contributor can write a data-source binding into any post — including admin-authored pages — whose attacker-controlled values are rendered into a widget's repeater output without sanitization, executing JavaScript in the session of any visitor or administrator who views the page. |
| The Divi WordPress theme before 5.9.0 does not properly escape some of its Social Media Follow module settings before outputting them in link attributes, allowing users with a role as low as contributor to store JavaScript which will run when a higher privileged user, such as an administrator, views the post. |
| The Loco Translate plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via PO File Extracted Comments in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with translator-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| An issue was discovered in Django 5.2 before 5.2.17 and 6.0 before 6.0.8.
`django.contrib.admin.utils.display_for_field()` renders `URLField` values as clickable links in the admin without validating the URL. A value stored with an unsafe scheme is displayed as a link on changelist and read-only admin pages, which allows cross-site scripting against staff users who click the link.
Exploitation requires the unsafe value to already be stored in the database. `URLField` validation through a `ModelForm` or the admin rejects unsafe schemes, so this affects applications that persist `URLField` data without running model validation, for example through direct queryset writes, deserialization, or bulk import of untrusted input.
Django would like to thank Egor Saltykov for reporting this issue. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS) vulnerability in lud oaskit allows reflected cross-site scripting via the default HTML error handler.
Oaskit.ErrorHandler.Default.format_reason/4 and Oaskit.ErrorHandler.Default.reason_to_html/1 in lib/oaskit/error_handler/default.ex render request-validation failures as an HTML page whenever the request's Accept header contains html, interpolating request-controlled strings into that page without HTML escaping. The unescaped values are object keys taken from a request body or from an object or deepObject query parameter, which appear in the JSON Schema error's instance path when a schema rejects them (for example under additionalProperties: false), and the raw Content-Type header, reflected in unsupported-media-type errors when it fails to parse.
Because browsers send Accept: text/html on ordinary top-level navigation, a crafted GET link is sufficient to trigger the error page; no form submission, custom Content-Type, or attacker-controlled script on the victim's side is required. A payload such as filter[</code></h2><script>alert(document.domain)</script>]=x terminates the enclosing markup and the injected script executes in the origin of the application using oaskit, giving it access to that origin's cookies, session, and same-origin responses.
Both HTML error rendering and the vulnerable handler are enabled by default: Oaskit.Plugs.ValidateRequest defaults :html_errors to true and :error_handler to Oaskit.ErrorHandler.Default, so applications following the documented usage are affected without any opt-in.
This issue affects oaskit: from 0.1.0 before 0.14.1. |
| A vulnerability was identified in LB-LINK X-PRO 1.0.22-20231206. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /etc/shadow. The manipulation leads to hard-coded credentials. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. A high degree of complexity is needed for the attack. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| The Beaver Builder Page Builder – Drag and Drop Website Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Button Module 'button' (Button Code) Setting in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.2.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Beaver Builder grants editor access to any WordPress role holding the edit_posts capability by default, meaning Author-level users and above can exploit this vulnerability. |
