| datamodel-code-generator generates Pydantic v2 models, dataclasses, TypedDict, and msgspec.Struct from OpenAPI, JSON Schema, GraphQL, Avro, Protobuf, and raw JSON, YAML, or CSV. From 0.11.6 until 0.64.0, datamodel-code-generator allows attacker-controlled x-python-import or customTypePath schema extensions to reach src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/jsonschema.py and generated import handling through Import.from_full_path and Imports.create_line in src/datamodel_code_generator/imports.py, allowing a newline to break out of an import statement and execute Python code when the generated model is imported. This issue is fixed in version 0.64.0. |

From 0.17.0 until 0.60.2, datamodel-code-generator preserves attacker-controlled default_factory values in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/jsonschema.py through JsonSchemaObject.init and get_field_extras and emits them into Field(default_factory=...) or field(default_factory=...), allowing Python expression execution when the generated model is imported. This issue is fixed in version 0.60.2. |
| The bundled Grav Flex Objects plugin (getgrav/grav-plugin-flex-objects) before 1.4.0 contains a stored server-side template injection vulnerability. When rendering dynamic collection or object titles, the plugin passes user-controlled frontmatter values (page.header.flex.collection.title or page.header.flex.object.title) to Twig's template_from_string(), causing them to be evaluated as Twig code rather than treated as text. This path bypasses Grav's Security::cleanDangerousTwig() sanitization. An attacker who can control the title frontmatter of a publicly reachable Flex Objects page can achieve arbitrary Twig execution and escalate to remote command execution via access to internal Grav services such as the scheduler. |
| gpsd through release-3.27.5, fixed at commit 4c06658, contains a code injection vulnerability in the gpsprof utility that allows an attacker who controls GPS input data to execute arbitrary OS commands by injecting malicious content into the SKY.satellites[].used field, which is inserted unsanitized into a gnuplot heredoc data block. Attackers can supply a used value containing the string EOD to terminate the heredoc early and append gnuplot system() calls, achieving OS command execution as the user running gpsprof when the generated plot script is processed by gnuplot in polar mode. |
| Cal.com (calcom/cal.diy) before 5.9.9 is vulnerable to unauthenticated remote code execution because it bundles a version of Next.js whose React Server Components (RSC) request handling deserializes attacker-controlled input. A remote attacker can send a crafted RSC request to the server and cause arbitrary code to be executed during server-side processing, without authentication or user interaction. The flaw derives from the upstream Next.js vulnerability CVE-2025-55182 and is resolved in 5.9.9 by updating the affected dependency. |
| CedarJava is an open source Java implementation of the Cedar policy language, used for fine-grained authorization decisions. In versions prior to 2.3.6, 3.4.1 and 4.9.0, under certain circumstances, improper input handling could allow Cedar-expression injection via unescaped toCedarExpr(). The toCedarExpr() method on Cedar Value types does not escape special characters (" or \) when converting values to Cedar source code. If an integrator uses toCedarExpr() to build policy text at runtime from user-controlled values, an actor could inject arbitrary Cedar expressions. For example, injecting || true into a permit ... when { ... } clause could make the permit unconditional, or injecting && false into a forbid clause could prevent the forbid from triggering. This issue requires the integrator to use toCedarExpr() to build policy text at runtime from user-controlled input. This vulnerability has been fixed in versions 2.3.6, 3.4.1, and 4.9.0. |
| CedarJava is an open source Java implementation of the Cedar policy language, used for fine-grained authorization decisions. In versions prior to 4.9.0, the EntityIdentifier.equals() has inverted null/self branches which could lead to incorrect equality comparisons. The EntityIdentifier.equals() method has inverted logic for null and self-reference checks, returning true for null comparisons and false for self-comparisons. This does not affect Cedar authorization decisions (computed in Rust from JSON), but could affect integrators who perform their own equality checks on entity identifiers. This issue has been fixed in version 4.9.0. |
| nebula-mesh is a self-hosted control plane for Slack Nebula mesh virtual private network. Prior to version 0.3.2, `internal/configgen/generator.go:86,108,119` interpolates the operator-supplied `ListenHost` and `TunDevice` fields raw into a `text/template` that produces the agent's `config.yml`. `internal/web/advanced.go:20-35` accepts both with only `strings.TrimSpace` — no character or shape validation. Version 0.3.2 fixes the issue. |
| Jan through 0.8.4, fixed in commit 3e1c1e7, contains a CORS misconfiguration vulnerability in its local API server that allows network-adjacent attackers to bypass trusted host restrictions by exploiting the server's replacement of user-configured trusted hosts with a wildcard that reflects arbitrary origins with credentials. Attackers on the local network or using DNS rebinding can reach the unauthenticated OpenAI-compatible API to perform inference, enumerate models, invoke MCP tools, and read cross-origin responses. |
| DbGate is cross-platform database manager. In versions 7.1.8 and prior, DbGate's JSON script runner (`POST /runners/start`) allows remote code execution via code injection in the `functionName` parameter of JSON script `assign` commands. The `functionName` value is interpolated directly into dynamically generated JavaScript source code via string concatenation. The generated code is then executed in a forked Node.js child process. Version 7.1.9 contains a patch. |
| Frogman provides headless PBX control through MCP and HTTP API. Prior to 1.6.2, fm_dialplan_apply accepted template parameters including greeting, dest, url, extension, code, and file, and Tools/DialplanApply.php wrote Dialplan/Templates.php output to extensions_custom.conf while only Dialplan/TemplateBase.php:38-42 sanitized contextName(), allowing a PERM_WRITE caller using confirm:true to inject arbitrary Asterisk directives such as System(), Set(SHELL(...)), Goto, or Macro. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. |
| uproot dynamically generates Python class source code from ROOT TStreamerInfo records in a file and compiles it at runtime. Some file-controlled streamer metadata fields (for example, streamer element names) are interpolated into the generated Python source without safe quoting via repr() or the !r format specifier. An attacker who can supply a crafted ROOT file can place Python expression-breaking content into a streamer metadata field. When uproot generates and invokes the corresponding reader method, the injected Python expression is evaluated in the context of the process opening the file, resulting in arbitrary Python code execution in applications that open or process attacker-controlled ROOT files with affected uproot code paths. |
