CVSS v3.1 |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's signup flow creates a logged-in User row for any submitted email without an out-of-band ownership check, while User.email is unique=True. The authenticated user can call GET /api/users/me/workspaces/invitations/, which returns each WorkspaceMemberInvite whose email matches request.user.email. WorkSpaceMemberInviteSerializer uses fields = "all", exposing the token that protects the invitation join endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a target's email can register an account using that address, enumerate pending invitations, and accept an invitation as the target, joining a workspace at the invited role. The term pre-auth describes the attacker's initial state: the attacker has no credential before signup, while the enumeration and join requests use the session created by that signup. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.3.0, the ProjectMemberViewSet.partial_update method allows any project member, including a user with the lowest GUEST role, to modify another project member's role. The authorization check prevents assigning a role higher than the requester's role but does not prevent assigning a lower or equal role, allowing a Guest to demote Administrators and Members and deny them project control. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.3.0. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, BulkEstimatePointEndpoint.destroy resolves an estimate point through a bare primary-key lookup without workspace, project, or estimate scoping. An administrator or member of one workspace can permanently delete an estimate point belonging to another workspace by supplying the target UUID in a URL under the attacker's own workspace. This creates a destructive cross-tenant IDOR. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| An argument injection flaw was found in CUPS. When email notification is configured, the CUPS scheduler accepts printer subscription requests that supply a mailto notify-recipient-uri. The mailto notifier passes the recipient address to the configured sendmail program without ensuring it cannot be interpreted as command-line options. A remote attacker who can reach the CUPS service could supply a crafted recipient value starting with "-" to influence sendmail behavior. Successful exploitation depends on the installed mail transfer agent and CUPS network exposure, and may lead to execution of attacker-controlled commands with the privileges of the CUPS service user. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane validates GITEA_HOST only for its URL scheme and does not reject hosts that resolve to private or internal IP addresses. The four outbound requests in the Gitea OAuth flow are derived from this unvalidated host and do not call validate_url(). In addition, avatar_url is taken from the Gitea user's profile, where users can configure external avatar URLs. After an administrator enables Gitea OAuth for a legitimate instance, a Gitea user can set an internal URL as the profile avatar and log in through Gitea, causing Plane to fetch the internal target without validation. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. From 0.13 until 1.4.0, InstanceAdminSignUpEndpoint in apps/api/plane/license/api/views/admin.py:89-117, 173-229 uses InstanceAdmin.objects.first() for the first-admin check and performs account creation without an atomic transaction, row lock, uniqueness guard, or advisory lock. Two concurrent unauthenticated requests with different email addresses can both observe that no instance administrator exists, create separate User and InstanceAdmin rows, and receive sessions with instance-admin authority. This allows an attacker to share unrestricted instance administration with the legitimate operator. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| GraphQL Tools provides utilities for building, stitching, and mocking GraphQL schemas. Prior to 12.0.1, the GraphQL Tools utils package's mergeDeep function follows inherited properties while recursively merging source objects and does not exclude __proto__, constructor, or prototype keys. An unauthenticated GraphQL client can alias fields to those names so responses from two subgraphs collide during ordinary supergraph result merging, causing mergeDeep to traverse Object and Function prototypes and overwrite Function.prototype.call with a subgraph-supplied value. This breaks subsequent requests in the process until restart. This issue is fixed in version 12.0.1. |
| Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') vulnerability in Apache Struts. Where a localized message formats a date or time argument, the formatter retained for that message by the application-wide text provider is used by concurrently served requests without isolation, so a value belonging to one user can appear in another user's response, or the rendering can fail and surface as a server error. Applications whose localized messages format no date or time arguments are not affected.
This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.0.0 through 2.3.37, from 2.5.0 through 2.5.33, from 6.0.0 through 6.11.0, from 7.0.0 through 7.3.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.12.0 or 7.4.0, which fixes the issue. |
| Allocation of resources without limits or throttling vulnerability in the Apache Struts REST plugin. A request body is read into memory without any bound on how much will be accepted, so a single request can cause the server to allocate memory in proportion to its size, exhausting the Java heap and denying service to other users. No additional setting has to be enabled. Applications that do not use the REST plugin are not affected.
This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.1.8 through 2.3.37, from 2.5.0 through 2.5.33, from 6.0.0 through 6.11.0, from 7.0.0 through 7.3.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.12.0 or 7.4.0, which fixes the issue. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mm/vma: correctly unaccount on mmap_prepare() failure
__mmap_setup() accounts memory for relevant mappings via:
security_vm_enough_memory_mm()
-> __vm_enough_memory()
-> vm_acct_memory()
If __mmap_setup() fails, this indicates that this accounting did not take
place, and thus it's appropriate for __mmap_region() to jump to
abort_munmap.
However if call_mmap_prepare() fails, it also jumps there and any accounted
memory is not correctly unaccounted.
Fix this by handling each error separately. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: cfg80211: check IP header size in cfg80211_classify8021d()
A frame that looks like IP can be transmitted, but be too short, so
the DS field is read incorrectly:
BUG: KMSAN: uninit-value in cfg80211_classify8021d+0x99d/0x12b0 net/wireless/util.c:1027

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: libipw: reject too-short association responses
libipw_handle_assoc_resp() reads the capability, status and aid fields
of the 30-byte association response prefix and then computes the
information element length as
stats->len - sizeof(*frame)
stats->len is a u16 and sizeof() has type size_t, so the subtraction is
evaluated as size_t and wraps instead of going negative. Truncating
that to the u16 length parameter of libipw_parse_info_param() turns a
frame shorter than the fixed fields into a length near 64 KiB, and the
parser then reads past the receive buffer.
Both the ipw2100 and ipw2200 management receive paths reach this
function having established only that the frame carries the generic
24-byte three-address header.
Reject the frame before any fixed field is touched.
Found by an AI-assisted review of length arithmetic in management frame
parsers. Verified with a KUnit case under Generic KASAN on arm64 under
QEMU; I do not have the hardware, so it is not tested on a real device. |

| Dell OpenManage Server Administrator, versions prior to 11.1.0.3, contains a Use of Externally-Controlled Input to Select Classes or Code ('Unsafe Reflection') vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Protection mechanism bypass. |

| Use-after-free in the SVG component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 156, Firefox ESR 115.41, Firefox ESR 140.16, Firefox ESR 153.3, Thunderbird 156, Thunderbird 140.16, and Thunderbird 153.3. |
| A flaw was found in Quay. A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the OAuth callback handler allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code within a user's browser session. By tricking a logged-in user into visiting a specially crafted link, an attacker can exploit improper input sanitization to run client-side scripts in the application context. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to compromise the user's session, access sensitive registry information, or perform unauthorized actions on their behalf. |
| js-yaml is a JavaScript YAML parser and dumper. Prior to 3.15.1, 4.3.1, and 5.2.1, YAML11_SCHEMA support for the !!omap tag in src/tag/sequence/omap.ts uses omapTag.addItem() to perform a linear duplicate-key scan on every insertion, causing O(n^2) CPU consumption when yaml.load() parses a crafted ordered-map document. In v3 and v4, !!omap is active and exploitable by default. v5 doesn't use !!omap by default, and the chances of activating it are very low.This issue is fixed in 3.15.1, 4.3.1, and 5.2.1. |
