CVSS v3.1 |
| A permissions issue was addressed with additional restrictions. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3, tvOS 18.3, watchOS 11.3. A malicious app may be able to gain root privileges. |
| The issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.3, macOS Sonoma 14.7.3, macOS Ventura 13.7.3. An app may be able to modify protected parts of the file system. |
| Untrusted search path vulnerability in writeconfig in Apple Mac OS X 10.4.8 allows local users to gain privileges via a modified PATH that points to a malicious launchctl program. |
| The CFUserNotificationSendRequest function in UserNotificationCenter.app in Apple Mac OS X 10.4.8, when used in combination with diskutil, allows local users to gain privileges via a malicious InputManager in Library/InputManagers in a user's home directory, which is executed when Cocoa applications attempt to notify the user. |
| The shared_region_map_file_np function in Apple Mac OS X 10.4.8 and earlier kernel allows local users to cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a large mappingCount value. |
| WebCore on Apple Mac OS X 10.3.9 and 10.4.10, as used in Safari, does not properly parse HTML comments in TITLE elements, which allows remote attackers to conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks and bypass some XSS protection schemes by embedding certain HTML tags within an HTML comment. |
| Format string vulnerability in Apple iChat 3.1.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (null pointer dereference and application crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via format string specifiers in an aim:// URI. |
| A type confusion issue was addressed with improved state handling. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.2, iOS 18.7.3 and iPadOS 18.7.3, iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2, macOS Tahoe 26.2, visionOS 26.2. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected Safari crash. |
| There exists a vulnerability in SQLite versions before 3.50.2 where the number of aggregate terms could exceed the number of columns available. This could lead to a memory corruption issue. We recommend upgrading to version 3.50.2 or above. |
| The ArchiveReader.extractContents() function used by cctl image load and container image load performs no pathname validation before extracting an archive member. This means that a carelessly or maliciously constructed archive can extract a file into any user-writable location on the system using relative pathnames. This issue is addressed in container 0.8.0 and containerization 0.21.0. |
| Stack-based buffer overflow in Safari in Mac OS X 10.4.5 and earlier, and 10.3.9 and earlier, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors involving a web page with crafted JavaScript, a different vulnerability than CVE-2005-4504. |
| The ASN1 library in OpenSSL 0.9.6d and earlier, and 0.9.7-beta2 and earlier, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via invalid encodings. |
| Apple QuickTime 7.1.3 Player and Plug-In allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript code and possibly conduct other attacks via a QuickTime Media Link (QTL) file with an embed XML element and a qtnext parameter that identifies resources outside of the original domain. NOTE: as of 20070912, this issue has been demonstrated by using instances of Components.interfaces.nsILocalFile and Components.interfaces.nsIProcess to execute arbitrary local files within Firefox and possibly Internet Explorer. |
| MacOS version of Inkscape bundles a Python interpreter that inherits the Transparency, Consent, and Control (TCC) permissions
granted by the user to the main application bundle. An attacker with local user access can
invoke this interpreter with arbitrary commands or scripts, leveraging the
application's previously granted TCC permissions to access user's files in privacy-protected folders without triggering user prompts. Accessing other resources beyond previously granted TCC permissions will prompt the user for approval in the name of Inkscape, potentially disguising attacker's malicious intent.
This issue has been fixed in 1.4.3 version of Inkscape. |
| "FOD" App uses hard-coded cryptographic keys, which may allow a local unauthenticated attacker to retrieve the cryptographic keys. |
| A path traversal vulnerability has been reported to affect several product versions. If a local attacker gains a user account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to read the contents of unexpected files or system data.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following versions:
Qfinder Pro Mac 7.13.0 and later
Qsync for Mac 5.1.5 and later
QVPN Device Client for Mac 2.2.8 and later |
| This issue was addressed through improved state management. This issue is fixed in Safari 18.3, iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3, tvOS 18.3, visionOS 2.3, watchOS 11.3. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process crash. |
| The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in Safari 18.3, iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3, tvOS 18.3, visionOS 2.3, watchOS 11.3. Processing web content may lead to a denial-of-service. |
| An out-of-bounds write was addressed with improved input validation. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3, macOS Sonoma 14.7.3, macOS Ventura 13.7.3, visionOS 2.3. An attacker may be able to cause unexpected system termination or corrupt kernel memory. |
| A privacy issue was addressed with improved handling of files. This issue is fixed in Safari 18.3, iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3, macOS Sequoia 15.3. Copying a URL from Web Inspector may lead to command injection. |
