CVE-2026-26273 2 Idno, Withknown 2 Known, Known 2026-04-17 N/A
Known is a social publishing platform. Prior to 1.6.3, a Critical Broken Authentication vulnerability exists in Known 1.6.2 and earlier. The application leaks the password reset token within a hidden HTML input field on the password reset page. This allows any unauthenticated attacker to retrieve the reset token for any user by simply querying the user's email, leading to full Account Takeover (ATO) without requiring access to the victim's email inbox. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.6.3.
CVE-2026-2564 1 Intelbras 1 Vip 3260 Z Ia 2026-04-17 8.1 High
A security flaw has been discovered in Intelbras VIP 3260 Z IA 2.840.00IB005.0.T. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /OutsideCmd. The manipulation results in weak password recovery. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitation appears to be difficult. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component.
CVE-2026-28268 2 Go-vikunja, Vikunja 2 Vikunja, Vikunja 2026-04-17 9.8 Critical
Vikunja is an open-source self-hosted task management platform. Versions prior to 2.1.0 have a business logic vulnerability exists in the password reset mechanism of vikunja/api that allows password reset tokens to be reused indefinitely. Due to a failure to invalidate tokens upon use and a critical logic bug in the token cleanup cron job, reset tokens remain valid forever. This allows an attacker who intercepts a single reset token (via logs, browser history, or phishing) to perform a complete, persistent account takeover at any point in the future, bypassing standard authentication controls. Version 2.1.0 contains a patch for the issue.
CVE-2026-33707 1 Chamilo 1 Chamilo Lms 2026-04-16 9.4 Critical
Chamilo LMS is a learning management system. Prior to 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3, the default password reset mechanism generates tokens using sha1($email) with no random component, no expiration, and no rate limiting. An attacker who knows a user's email can compute the reset token and change the victim's password without authentication. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3.
CVE-2026-27593 1 Statamic 2 Cms, Statamic 2026-04-16 9.3 Critical
Statmatic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to versions 6.3.3 and 5.73.10, an attacker may leverage a vulnerability in the password reset feature to capture a user's token and reset the password on their behalf. The attacker must know the email address of a valid account on the site, and the actual user must blindly click the link in their email even though they didn't request the reset. This has been fixed in 6.3.3 and 5.73.10.
CVE-2026-28213 1 Evershop 1 Evershop 2026-04-16 9.8 Critical
EverShop is a TypeScript-first eCommerce platform. Versions prior to 2.1.1 have a vulnerability in the "Forgot Password" functionality. When specifying a target email address, the API response returns the password reset token. This allows an attacker to take over the associated account. Version 2.1.1 fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-25858 2 Macrozheng, Newbee-mall Project 2 Mall, Newbee-mall 2026-04-15 9.1 Critical
macrozheng mall version 1.0.3 and prior contains an authentication vulnerability in the mall-portal password reset workflow that allows an unauthenticated attacker to reset arbitrary user account passwords using only a victim’s telephone number. The password reset flow exposes the one-time password (OTP) directly in the API response and validates password reset requests solely by comparing the provided OTP to a value stored by telephone number, without verifying user identity or ownership of the telephone number. This enables remote account takeover of any user with a known or guessable telephone number.
CVE-2026-34751 1 Payloadcms 1 Payload 2026-04-15 9.1 Critical
Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. Prior to version 3.79.1 in @payloadcms/graphql and payload, a vulnerability in the password recovery flow could allow an unauthenticated attacker to perform actions on behalf of a user who initiates a password reset. This issue has been patched in version 3.79.1 for @payloadcms/graphql and payload.
CVE-2025-29995 2026-04-15 N/A
This vulnerability exists in the CAP back office application due to a weak password-reset mechanism implemented at API endpoints. An authenticated remote attacker with a valid login ID could exploit this vulnerability through vulnerable API endpoint which could lead to account takeover of targeted users.
CVE-2025-43932 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
JobCenter through 7e7b0b2 allows account takeover via the password reset feature because SERVER_NAME is not configured and thus a reset depends on the Host HTTP header.
CVE-2025-53373 2026-04-15 N/A
Natours is a Tour Booking API. The attacker can easily take over any victim account by injecting an attacker-controlled server domain in the Host header when requesting the /forgetpassword endpoint. This vulnerability is fixed with commit 7401793a8d9ed0f0c250c4e0ee2815d685d7a70b.
CVE-2024-45980 1 Meanstore 1 Meanstore 2026-04-15 8.8 High
A host header injection vulnerability in MEANStore 1.0 allows attackers to obtain the password reset token via user interaction with a crafted password reset link. This allows attackers to arbitrarily reset other users' passwords and compromise their accounts.
CVE-2025-43931 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
flask-boilerplate through a170e7c allows account takeover via the password reset feature because SERVER_NAME is not configured and thus a reset depends on the Host HTTP header.
CVE-2025-53704 1 Maxhub 1 Pivot 2026-04-15 7.5 High
The password reset mechanism for the Pivot client application is weak, and it may allow an attacker to take over the account.
CVE-2024-12295 1 Wordpress 1 Wordpress 2026-04-15 8.8 High
The BoomBox Theme Extensions plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation via account takeover in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.0. This is due to the plugin not properly validating a user's identity prior to updating their password through the 'boombox_ajax_reset_password' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level privileges and above, to change arbitrary user's passwords, including administrators, and leverage that to gain access to their account.
