CVE-2026-59809 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-23 4.9 Medium
SiYuan before v3.8.0 interpolates secret placeholders into the destination URL parameter of the http_request MCP tool, allowing attackers to exfiltrate stored secrets. An MCP client can craft a request with an attacker-controlled URL containing secret placeholders to send plaintext secret values to any public host without confirmation.
CVE-2026-60083 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-23 4.9 Medium
SiYuan versions before v3.8.0 contain an incomplete path blocklist in the MCP file tool that fails to restrict access to sensitive workspace files protected by the HTTP API. Authenticated administrators can read plaintext publish-mode passwords from data/.siyuan/publishAccess.json and access other sensitive files like data/templates and data/snippets/conf.json.
CVE-2026-60084 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-23 8.7 High
SiYuan versions before v3.7.4 contain an arbitrary file deletion vulnerability in the /api/search/removeTemplate endpoint that accepts an unvalidated path parameter passed directly to os.RemoveAll. Authenticated admin attackers can supply absolute filesystem paths to recursively delete any file or directory the kernel process has permission to remove, anywhere on the host filesystem.
CVE-2026-62204 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-23 6.6 Medium
SiYuan versions before v3.7.4 fail to validate that packageName matches the downloaded package content in bazaar install endpoints. Attackers with same-origin access can overwrite existing trusted plugins by supplying mismatched packageName and repoURL parameters, achieving persistence across application restarts.
CVE-2026-74798 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 8.7 High
SiYuan kernel before v3.7.4 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the database_clean MCP tool. The tool performs only an empty-string check on the id parameter before passing it to RemoveUnusedAttributeView (kernel/model/attribute_view.go), which builds a filesystem path via filepath.Join without validating that id matches SiYuan's node-ID format. An authenticated MCP client can supply path traversal sequences in id to cause the kernel to copy an arbitrary file readable by the process into SiYuan's history directory (arbitrary file read) and then delete the original file (arbitrary file deletion). The corresponding HTTP API handler was hardened in GHSA-7hm9-v7vf-7g4w, but this MCP caller was not.
CVE-2026-74799 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 9.3 Critical
SiYuan before 3.7.4 registers Go net/http/pprof debug endpoints including heap and goroutine dumps without authentication when --mode flag is not set to exactly prod. Attackers can access /debug/pprof/heap and related endpoints to extract in-memory secrets including AccessAuthCode and AI provider API keys.
CVE-2026-74800 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 9 Critical
SiYuan before v3.7.4 fails to set Content-Disposition and X-Content-Type-Options headers when serving arbitrary file assets, allowing stored cross-site scripting attacks. Authenticated attackers can upload HTML files as assets and execute scripts with full kernel API access when the workspace owner opens the asset link.
CVE-2026-74801 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 8.2 High
SiYuan before 3.7.4 fails to properly escape workspace directory paths when constructing command-line arguments for the elevated elevator.exe helper process. Attackers can create a malicious workspace directory with command metacharacters in its path and trigger the Microsoft Defender exclusion flow to execute arbitrary commands with administrator privileges after UAC approval.
CVE-2026-74802 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 8.2 High
SiYuan versions before 3.7.4 contain a cross-site WebSocket hijacking vulnerability in the admin-only /ws/network/proxy endpoint that explicitly disables origin validation by setting CheckOrigin to unconditionally return true. Attackers can craft malicious webpages that establish WebSocket connections to this endpoint and direct the SiYuan kernel process to proxy arbitrary network traffic to attacker-chosen targets, enabling authenticated network pivoting through the victim's machine.
CVE-2026-74867 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 4.2 Medium
SiYuan versions before 3.7.4 contain a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the session-cookie authentication branch of CheckAuth() that lacks Origin/Referer validation and sets no explicit SameSite attribute on session cookies. Attackers can craft malicious web pages that perform unauthorized actions on behalf of authenticated users by submitting requests with valid session cookies, relying on browser default SameSite policies rather than server-enforced protections.
CVE-2026-74868 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 7.5 High
SiYuan versions before 3.7.4 contain an unthrottled brute-force vulnerability in the Publish Service Basic Auth implementation (PublishServiceTransport.RoundTrip() in kernel/server/proxy/publish.go). The Publish Service runs on a separate, unauthenticated-by-default listener (default TCP port 6808) and gates named publish-viewer accounts (Conf.Publish.Auth.Accounts) with Basic Auth that has no rate limiting, per-account lockout, or backoff. Unauthenticated remote attackers can submit unlimited password guesses against named accounts to gain access to published notes/notebooks.
CVE-2026-74902 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 8.6 High
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the file upload validation flow that fails to escape filenames before inserting them into HTML via insertAdjacentHTML. Attackers can craft a malicious filename containing script payloads that execute with full OS command access when a user drags, drops, or pastes the file into the editor.
CVE-2026-74903 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 4.3 Medium
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains an insufficient access control vulnerability in the /api/lute/spinBlockDOM endpoint, which is guarded only by CheckAuth middleware instead of CheckAdminRole like its sibling endpoint. Authenticated users with RoleEditor or RoleReader roles can invoke the endpoint to transform arbitrary DOM input, and large payloads cause endpoint starvation through per-path mutex serialization.
CVE-2026-74904 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 7.5 High
SiYuan before v3.7.4 is missing authorization checks in 17 block metadata/content endpoints in kernel/api/block.go (including getRefText, checkBlockExist, and getBlockBreadcrumb). These handlers are gated only by basic authentication (model.CheckAuth) and lack publish-access filtering, allowing anonymous publish-mode readers to disclose private block content-derived text, structural metadata, and existence information for arbitrary block IDs across the workspace.
CVE-2026-74905 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 7.1 High
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the isPrivateIP function in kernel/util/net.go, used by SSRFSafeDialer to enforce SSRF protection in SafeMode. The function only checks for loopback, link-local unicast, private, and unspecified addresses and does not recognize IPv6 transition addresses (NAT64 64:ff9b::/96, 6to4 2002::/16, Teredo 2001::/32) that embed private IPv4 destinations. When SafeMode is enabled, an authenticated attacker can bypass the SSRF guard via the network forward proxy, WebSocket proxy, or SSE proxy endpoints by supplying a URL whose hostname resolves to such a transition address, reaching internal services and cloud metadata endpoints (e.g., 169.254.169.254). Because the forward proxy returns the full response body, this is a full-read SSRF that can be used to steal instance credentials, reach internal services, and port-scan internal infrastructure.
CVE-2026-74906 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-21 7.5 High
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability in eight publish-mode reader-facing endpoints that filter results using the visibility list instead of the disabled list. Anonymous visitors can discover and read content from documents explicitly marked as forbidden from publishing by accessing search, backlink, asset content, saved criteria, recent documents, graph, and tag endpoints.
CVE-2026-77086 1 Siyuan 1 Siyuan 2026-08-21 9.1 Critical
SiYuan before v3.7.4 fails to validate the packageName parameter in Bazaar install and uninstall endpoints, allowing authenticated administrators to perform path traversal via directory traversal sequences. Attackers with admin access can write arbitrary files to any location via install operations or recursively delete directories via uninstall operations by supplying crafted packageName values.
CVE-2026-75917 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-08-20 8.6 High
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the file-tree picker's hover-tooltip generation (app/src/util/pathName.ts, getLeaf()/movePathTo()) used by the 'move/link to' path-selection dialogs, where document metadata fields (bookmark, alias, memo, and an alternate name field) are concatenated into the aria-label HTML attribute without escaping. A document crafted with a double quote in any of these fields breaks out of the attribute context and injects arbitrary HTML attributes including inline event handlers (e.g., onmouseover). Because every SiYuan Electron BrowserWindow runs with nodeIntegration:true, contextIsolation:false, and no CSP, the injected handler gains require('child_process') access, escalating the XSS to arbitrary OS command execution when a victim merely hovers over the malicious document entry in the path-picker dialog. Malicious documents reach victims via sharing, sync, or import.
CVE-2026-25992 1 Siyuan 1 Siyuan 2026-02-12 7.5 High
SiYuan is a personal knowledge management system. Prior to 3.5.5, the /api/file/getFile endpoint uses case-sensitive string equality checks to block access to sensitive files. On case-insensitive file systems such as Windows, attackers can bypass restrictions using mixed-case paths and read protected configuration files. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.5.5.
CVE-2026-25539 2 B3log, Siyuan 2 Siyuan, Siyuan 2026-02-11 9.1 Critical
SiYuan is a personal knowledge management system. Prior to version 3.5.5, the /api/file/copyFile endpoint does not validate the dest parameter, allowing authenticated users to write files to arbitrary locations on the filesystem. This can lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE) by writing to sensitive locations such as cron jobs, SSH authorized_keys, or shell configuration files. This issue has been patched in version 3.5.5.
