CVSS v3.1 |
FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. A path traversal vulnerability in FUXA allows an unauthenticated, remote attacker to write arbitrary files to arbitrary locations on the server filesystem. This affects FUXA through version 1.2.9. This issue has been patched in FUXA version 1.2.10.
Flask-Reuploaded provides file uploads for Flask. A critical path traversal and extension bypass vulnerability in versions prior to 1.5.0 allows remote attackers to achieve arbitrary file write and remote code execution through Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI). Flask-Reuploaded has been patched in version 1.5.0. Some workarounds are available. Do not pass user input to the `name` parameter, use auto-generated filenames only, and implement strict input validation if `name` must be used.
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to version 0.17.0, the `confluence_download_attachment` MCP tool accepts a `download_path` parameter that is written to without any directory boundary enforcement. An attacker who can call this tool and supply or access a Confluence attachment with malicious content can write arbitrary content to any path the server process has write access to. Because the attacker controls both the write destination and the written content (via an uploaded Confluence attachment), this constitutes for arbitrary code execution (for example, writing a valid cron entry to `/etc/cron.d/` achieves code execution within one scheduler cycle with no server restart required). Version 0.17.0 fixes the issue.
node-tar is a full-featured Tar for Node.js. Prior to version 7.5.10, tar can be tricked into creating a hardlink that points outside the extraction directory by using a drive-relative link target such as C:../target.txt, which enables file overwrite outside cwd during normal tar.x() extraction. This issue has been patched in version 7.5.10.
Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('path traversal') in Azure Logic Apps allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network.
The Microsoft .NET forms authentication capability for ASP.NET allows remote attackers to bypass authentication for .aspx files in restricted directories via a request containing a (1) "\" (backslash) or (2) "%5C" (encoded backslash), aka "Path Validation Vulnerability."
Windmill is an open-source developer platform for internal code: APIs, background jobs, workflows and UIs. Prior to version 1.603.3, an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability exists in Windmill's get_log_file endpoint "(/api/w/{workspace}/jobs_u/get_log_file/{filename})". The filename parameter is concatenated into a file path without sanitization, allowing an attacker to read arbitrary files on the server using ../ sequences. This issue has been patched in version 1.603.3.
The FastDup – Fastest WordPress Migration & Duplicator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Path Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 2.7 via the 'dir_path' parameter in the 'njt-fastdup/v1/template/directory-tree' REST API endpoint. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary directories on the server, which can contain sensitive information.
MPXJ is an open source library to read and write project plans from a variety of file formats and databases. The patch for the historical vulnerability CVE-2020-35460 in MPXJ is incomplete as there is still a possibility that a malicious path could be constructed which would not be picked up by the original fix and allow files to be written to arbitrary locations. The issue is addressed in MPXJ version 13.5.1.
Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('Path Traversal') issue exists in FitNesse releases prior to 20241026. If this vulnerability is exploited, an attacker may be able to know whether a file exists at a specific path, and/or obtain some part of the file contents under specific conditions.
Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('Path Traversal') issue exists in the file deletion process of the USB storage file-sharing function of HGW-BL1500HM Ver 002.002.003 and earlier. If this vulnerability is exploited, an attacker may delete a file on the device or cause a denial of service (DoS) condition.
Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('Path Traversal') issue exists in the file/folder listing process of the USB storage file-sharing function of HGW-BL1500HM Ver 002.002.003 and earlier. If this vulnerability is exploited, the product's files may be obtained and/or altered by a crafted HTTP request to specific functions of the product from a device connected to the LAN side.
Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in SeaTheme BM Content Builder bm-builder allows Path Traversal. This issue affects BM Content Builder: from n/a through < 3.16.3.3.
A flaw has been found in JSC R7 R7-Office Document Server up to 20250820. Impacted is an unknown function of the file /downloadas/. Executing manipulation of the argument cmd can lead to path traversal. The attack can be launched remotely. Upgrading to version 2025.3.1.923 is recommended to address this issue. The affected component should be upgraded. R7-Office is a fork of OpenOffice and at the moment it remains unclear if OpenOffice is affected as well. The OpenOffice team was not able to reproduce the issue in their codebase. The vendor replied: "We confirm that this vulnerability has been verified and patched in release 2025.3.1.923. During our security testing, it was not possible to exploit the issue - the server consistently returns proper error responses to the provided scenarios."
A vulnerability has been found in Kingdee Cloud Galaxy Private Cloud BBC System up to 9.0 Patch April 2025 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function BaseServiceFactory.getFileUploadService.deleteFileAction of the file fileUpload/deleteFileAction.jhtml of the component File Handler. The manipulation of the argument filePath leads to path traversal. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('Path Traversal') issue exists in the file download process of the USB storage file-sharing function of HGW-BL1500HM Ver 002.002.003 and earlier. If this vulnerability is exploited, the product's files may be obtained and/or altered by a crafted HTTP request to specific functions of the product from a device connected to the LAN side.
The Kubio AI Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.1 via thekubio_hybrid_theme_load_template function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to include and execute arbitrary files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where images and other “safe” file types can be uploaded and included.
| A path traversal vulnerability in Novakon P series allows to expose the root file system "/" and modify all files with root permissions. This way the system can also be compromized. This issue affects P series: P – V2001.A.C518o2 until P-2.0.05 Build
2026.02.06 (commit d0f97fd9). |
A vulnerability has been found in Whistle 2.9.98 and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /cgi-bin/sessions/get-temp-file. The manipulation of the argument filename leads to path traversal. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A local privilege escalation vulnerability exists in Agnitum Outpost Internet Security 8.1 that allows an unprivileged user to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The flaw resides in the acs.exe component, which exposes a named pipe that accepts unauthenticated commands. By exploiting a directory traversal weakness in the pipe protocol, an attacker can instruct the service to load a malicious DLL from a user-controlled location. The DLL is then executed in the context of the privileged service.
